Atworth is a 5-story, 431-unit residential development totaling 465,000 GSF, with a 1-story concrete podium supporting four stories of wood frame construction. The project includes 10,000-sf retail, 465 parking spaces, and 60 bike storage spaces; a range of unit options from studio to three-bedroom; and 24 two-story townhome units, 35 live/work loft units, two residential lobbies, and 13,000 SF of amenity spaces.
The interior design of the Atworth reflects its location in an eclectic neighborhood of artists, local businesses, and shops. The public areas of the building celebrate the artist communities in the region through the use of color, variety, and local influences, including the use of local artists' work.
The goal of the design was to create as active a space as possible, interweaving a multitude of experiences into the unobstructed club room. This expansive public space includes areas for lounge seating, gaming, private and coworking areas, a fitness center with a yoga room, and mailboxes and community package delivery services.
